Spaghetti al Limone 🍋




The perfect dish EVERY time! Great alone or pair it with your favorite protein


ingredients:

8 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, sliced

3 Lemons, Zest and Juice

1 1/2 Cups Grated Parmesan

1lb Spaghetti

Sea salt


Let's make it:


Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add salt. Think ocean salty. Drop in pasta and cook until al dente. Save about 4 cups of the pasta water. Drain pasta in a colander.


In a sauce pan over low heat, add in the cooked pasta. Add butter a little at a time. Mix a lot. Add in lemon juice, zest, half the Parmesan, and about 2 cups pasta water. Stir more. Keep it saucy! Add more pasta water as needed.


Plate and garnish it up with more Parm, and zest.
