Crispy Roasted Chicken Wings with Homemade Ranch

Crispy Roasted Chicken Wings are the perfect food to make when you're serving a crowd. They're especially nice to enjoy during football season with all the fun food that comes with it. Roasting verses frying the wings makes them healthier and they're an excellent source of protein. Homemade Ranch and crunchy veggies served up on the side makes for the ultimate wing night!

Chicken Wing Ingredients:

  • 12 to 15 Chicken Wings

  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

  • Pinch to 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

The Method:

Preheat oven to 425F Degrees.

In a bowl whisk together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Add a baking rack to a rimmed sheet pan. Coat each wing in the spice mixture and arrange on the baking rack. Do not overlap the wings. Roast the chicken for 20 minutes. Remove from open. Flip the wings and roast for 20 minutes more. Remove from oven and allow the wings to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with Homemade Ranch (Recipe Below) and your favorite crunchy raw vegetables.

Homemade Ranch

In a bowl, whisk the following ingredients together until well blended:


1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

2 Tbsp Mayo

1/2 Cup Buttermilk or Light Coconut Milk

1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

1 tsp Onion Powder

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/4 tsp Sea Salt

1 tsp Dried Chives or 2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped

2 tsp Dried Dill or 1/4 cup Fresh Chopped

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Juice of half a Lemon

We made these for Super Bowl this year. It was my first time trying to make wings at home and omg so good. The seasoning was spot on!! I’ll be making these again.
