Always being active has ultimately led me to fitness. No matter what age we are the importance of movement is just as important as eating healthy. Nutrition and movement go hand in hand together throughout our lifetime. As humans, we are instinctively programmed to move. Over the years I have found that there is no right type of workout regimen to staying fit yet rather the key is to find one that you can stay consistent with and feels great to you.
